The Company is opening a “Business project/ Program Manager” position in its in its headquarter ideally located in the Sophia-Antipolis Technology Park on the French Riviera.

Role and Missions

As part of the Program team, you will work on project management activities.

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

  • Program Management: Lead and manage programs and projects in the aera of vehicles electronics and software.
  • Planning: Develop comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitoring and control: Guarantee the proper execution, deliverables and success of the different programs and projects, through the implementation of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Provide regular project status updates to management.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, and implement strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Change request Management: Identify change, conduct the impact analysis, track the implementation and provide documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and propose regular improvements to processes, methods.

The position requires pro-active involvement with various internal teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Support & Sales and Quality), Management, and external parties.

Required skills and experience

Education:

  • Good university degree in microelectronics engineering.
  • PMP/PMI Certification.

Technical skills & experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a similar domain.
  • Good experience of the automotive environment and constraints.

Language skills:

  • Fluent in English.
